Refund & Return Policy

At Stampedcare, operated by Nanjing Suanxiong Pet Products Design Co., Ltd., we aim to provide a reliable and satisfactory shopping experience for every customer. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair return and refund process.


1. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at support@stampedcare.com within 6 hours of placing your order.
Requests received after 6 hours may not be eligible for cancellation if the order has already been processed or shipped.


2. 30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days from the date of purchase.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided

Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.


3. Business Customers

The 30-day return policy applies to individual consumers only.
For business clients (including bulk orders, repeated purchases, or orders exceeding USD $2,000 in total value), returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis due to differences in pricing, terms, and delivery conditions.

We recommend business customers order product samples before placing larger orders.


4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact support@stampedcare.com within the 30-day period.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return

If your return is approved, we will issue a return authorization.
For eligible defective or incorrect items, we will also provide a printable return shipping label.


5. Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees

If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • We cover all return shipping fees
  • A printable prepaid return label will be provided
  • No restocking fee applies

If returning due to buyer’s remorse or change of mind:

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs and customs fees
  • A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
  • No return label is provided for buyer-initiated returns
  • Fees vary depending on the courier you choose

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 calendar days

Refunds may be denied if:

  • Items are used, opened, or not in their original condition
  • Items do not meet the stated return requirements

7. Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item, please tell us when you contact support.
Exchanges are subject to:

  • Product availability
  • Compliance with the same return standards as above

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately.
We will provide instructions and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.


9. Incorrect Delivery Address

If you entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible before your order is dispatched.

If the order is already in transit:

  • We will attempt to update the address with the courier
  • Additional fees or delays may apply depending on courier policy
