Shipping Policy

At Stampedcare, we aim to provide accurate, transparent and reliable shipping information. All details below reflect our real logistics procedures and fulfilment capabilities.


1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to customers in Hong Kong (SAR)

If you wish to ship to another region, please contact us before placing your order: support@stampedcare.com


2. Shipping Fees

We offer free standard shipping for all orders delivered to the Hong Kong 
No minimum spend is required.


3. Warehouse Location & Dispatch Origin

Stampedcare operates its own warehouse in Nanjing, China, and all orders are dispatched from China Mainland.

You will see your dispatch origin clearly stated in your order confirmation email.


4. Order Processing

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 18:00 (GMT+8 Hong Kong Standard Time) will be processed on the same business day.
    Orders placed after the cut-off time or during weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.


5. Transit Time (After Dispatch)  and Total Delivery Time 

Transit Time to Hong Kong 

Estimated delivery time: 6–10 business days after dispatch.

Total Delivery Time to Hong Kong 

Total Delivery Time equals to Order Processing Time Plus Transit Time.

Thus, Total delivery time from our warehouse to are HongKong ususally  : 7 – 12  business days.

Note: Transit time and Total delivery time may vary due to customs inspections, public holidays, severe weather or carrier delays


6. Carriers We Work With

To ensure stable delivery, we partner with reputable logistics carriers.
Below are all carriers we may use, depending on product type, destination and parcel size:

The carrier handling your order will be shown in your shipping confirmation email once the parcel is dispatched.


7. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing:

  • Carrier name

  • Tracking number

  • Tracking link

  • Dispatch origin (China Mainland)

Tracking updates may require up to 24–48 hours to appear.


8. Customs, Duties, VAT, and Taxes (DDP Service)

Stampedcare covers all customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and brokerage fees for shipments to the Hongkong. 

  • Customers will not be charged additional taxes or import duties upon delivery.

  • All charges are prepaid by Stampedcare using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) model.


9. Delivery Delays

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our control, such as:

  • Public holidays

  • Customs inspection

  • Extreme weather

  • Carrier network disruptions

  • Force majeure events

We will notify you by email if we become aware of significant delays.


10. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please email support@stampedcare.com within 6 hours of purchase.

  • Orders already processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled.

  • In this case, please follow our return procedure once you receive the parcel.


11. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
If you need to correct it:

  • Contact us immediately before dispatch.

  • If the parcel is already in transit, we will attempt to update the address with the carrier, but success is not guaranteed.

  • Additional redelivery or redirect fees may apply.


12. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your parcel is:

  • Marked as delivered but not received

  • Damaged upon arrival

  • Missing items

Please contact us at support@stampedcare.com  with:

  • Order number

  • Photo evidence (for damaged goods)

  • Full name and address

We will investigate with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund based on our Refund & Return Policy.


13. Shipping Holidays

Carrier services are suspended during national public holidays in both:

  • Hong Kong 
  • China Mainland (dispatch origin)

This may affect dispatch and delivery timelines.
